Ace Profiled ceiling system offers an attractive metal ceiling system, different modules are available from 60 mm trough to 100mm, including double section profiles for installation of services etc.

Components

The Ace Profile Ceiling system Consists of the following items, AP1=50mmwide Shark Tooth Profile AP2=50mmwide Shark Tooth Profile Splicer, AP3=30x30x30 Carrier Section AP4=Suspension Brackets. AP5=Wall Closure Angle.

Finishes

Ace Profile Ceiling Systems are electrostatic powder coated white to RAL 9010 20% gloss. Alternative finishes are available from both the Standard Ral range or Ace’s own Decorative finish range which includes, wood grain and Marble effect.

Dimensions

Sharks Tooth Profiles are manufactured to a standard width of 50mm in 2500mm lengths. Carriers are supplied in 3000mm lengths with a integral splicer detail to one end. Suspension shoes give a dimension from face of ceiling to underside of Primary Grid work of 162mm.

Materials

Ace Profile Ceilings Are Manufactured from 0.8 zinc coated mild steel with all suspension items manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zinc coated mild steel.
