Our in house CNC punching facilities allow us to offer unbeatable productivity, reliability and flexibility through automated production.

This gives a large degree of flexibility that enables Ace to service the customer’s bespoke needs.

We offer a wide range of perforation and mesh pattern options and have the flexibility to produce small batch quantities as well as larger specification projects.  

We have dedicated MIG & TIG welding stations that are flexible enough to handle components up to 4 metres long covering steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to a thickness of 3mm. All of our experienced specialist welders are qualified to a minimum standard of BS4872.

With our in-house powder coating facility we offer a full range of RAL colours, as well as other specialist finishes.
