Gatwick international Departure Lounge

Floating Island feature ceiling.

The ceiling consisted of plain perimeter sections and C-profile sections with factory formed apertures to accept luminaires.

The floating islands incorporate perforated tiles with acoustic mineral fibre infill to achieve a class A acoustic performance.

Heathrow Terminal 5 Luxury Retail

This project used hinged and accessible raft panels with a bull nose detail to the long edges.

A 250x20mm baffle line section was used to create service lighting zones.

Rio Tinto -6 St James Square.

This project was specifically manufactured to the customer requirements. Part of the required brief was to specifically match the tile perforation pattern to the adjacent timber products.
Utilising our CNC perforating process, we were able to match the pattern.
Tiles were supplied with acoustic insulation to give the ceiling a Class A acoustic performance.

Tiles were suspended via contrasting black C-Profile sections. These were manufactured with factory formed apertures to suit service requirements.

This project used mesh hook on ceiling panels. The mesh is welded to a rigid steel frame and finished with polyester powder coat.
